Option 1: Adding your widget as a section on an existing page
From your Online Store, go to Themes, and then Customize.
Select the page you want the widget to appear on and add a new section.
Choose to add custom content and then 'Select'
Now choose 'Add content' and then 'Custom HTML'
Paste in your widget code to the HTML box with any headings etc you require, then save the page.
Check your widget on the preview or live site - the widget does not always show in the admin panel.
Option 2 :Adding a separate page for your widget
From your Online Store, go to Pages.
Click on the name of the page that you would like to embed the widget on. Or, create a new page by clicking the Add page button.
In the Rich Text Editor, click on the HTML button.
Copy the code from settings into the HTML code entry box
Save you page and preview on site.
