If your venue's POS is Epos Now, we can offer a booking integration with simpleERB.
The EposNow integration feature involves transferring the booking/walk in from simpleERB when marked as 'seated' into the EposNow till. This will auto open the corresponding booked tables bill for the staff to take the order. This allows your team to mark bookings as seated in simpleERB when they arrive, and then proceed to add the order in EposNow on the corresponding table as the bill auto opens and booking details are listed to view.
No further information is integrated at the moment, and the two systems have their own separate customer databases. You will need to refer to the simpleERB booking for customer preferences, any selection Booking Options and notes. You can quickly access simpleERB to view the booking details within the Epos Now till interface. Enable the simpleERB 'action button' on the till and click this on the till to open and log in to the simpleERB diary (highlighted in image below). Alternatively, select the simpleERB app from the tills menu bar.
If you are using payment/credit card capture on bookings, the payment taken from the booking in simpleERB will not be identified in EposNow; therefore, the payment will need to be deducted manually on the EposNow till. After the customer's bill is paid, the bill total amount is also recorded onto the booking in simpleERB for you to view.
