Am I using the old app or the new app design?
The old app runs on the following URL app.simpleERB, which you can locate in your browser bar. The old diary view will look like this.
The new app design runs on URL myspace.simpleERB. The login URL is > https://myspace.simpleerb.com/login/. The new diary view looks like this.
Do I have to use the new design?
Once our new updates are launched, the new design will be the only version available. The old design will be retired and no longer accessible. The launch includes a complete code upgrade to support new and future updates, system performance and stability.
We've taken on board recent feedback concerning the new design, and the team has made changes we hope will benefit our users going forward.
When will the switchover happen?
We will keep you updated via email when a confirmed launch date has been decided. However, we are excited that these updates will be coming soon once final testing and tweaks are completed.

Will I need to do anything in my account to view the new updates?
When we launch the new updates, all you need to do is log in as normal, and you'll have access to all the new features and widget design without having install or update anything.
We want you to be able to easily explore and use the new updates right away without any hassle.
Do I need to make changes to my website to access the new widget?
No, not right away. We've put measures in place for a smooth transition. We will redirect the brand new widget button to replace any existing old widget code you have on your website.
At some point, we will ask users to update the widget HTML code on your website; however, you will have plenty of notice and support to amend this at a later stage.
