What can I manage in my username settings?

Individual usernames can update account security and preferences by:

  • Set your preferred default view after logging in

  • Change existing password

  • Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

How do I access my username settings?

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to the sidebar menu

  3. Click your username at the bottom of the page

  4. Select to open the User Settings page

How do I enable 2FA?

  1. Go to User Settings

  2. Select Enable 2FA

  3. Follow the on-screen setup instructions

  4. Use your smartphone to complete the setup (e.g., scanning a QR code or entering a verification code)

  5. Confirm to activate 2FA

Do I need a mobile device to use 2FA?

A smartphone is required to complete the setup and generate verification codes using an authentication app.

Why should I enable 2FA?

Enabling 2FA helps protect your account by adding an extra layer of security beyond your password, reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

This is an optional security measure and doesn't need to be enabled if preferred.
