Here is a summary of how simpleERB protects and secures your data.

Data sent using HTTPS.
Whenever your data is in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted, and sent using HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest and backups are encrypted.

Redundancy for all major systems.
Data and the websites themselves are replicated across 2 different data centres. Databases in each data centre are backed up independently, so if one data centre goes offline, the backups are also available at the other. Uptime for last 12 months is greater than 99.999%.

Regularly-updated infrastructure.
Our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches.

Protecting billing information.
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.

19 years in business.
simpleERB is part of 5pm.co.uk who have bee in business for 19 years. Over the past 19 years we’ve worked hard to earn the trust of restaurants world wide. Longevity and stability is core to our success at 5pm and simpleERB.
