When a customer makes a successful deposit payment for a booking, you can send them an emailed receipt.
All you need to do is locate the customers individual booking place (IBP) and the customers Stripe reference number listed under the payment section. In the example image below, it will be located in the section where the green circle is. It will be a long character reference beginning with ( ch_ ) followed by about 23 mixed upper and lower case letters.
You will need to copy this customer reference and login to your Stripe account. Paste in the reference into the search bar at the top to locate the customer payment.
Scroll to the bottom of the customers payment page and next to 'receipt history' you will find a 'send receipt' button which once clicked will email the customer a copy.
