If you are seeing a screen like the one below or receiving an error message the following steps should help you resolve the issue.

  • Check your internet connection – check that other websites are loading okay or check an alternative device.

  • Try opening simpleERB in a private browsing tab – incognito in Chrome for example – the issue can sometimes be related to Caching.

  • Check the number of devices connected to your network – if you are in a busy restaurant and are sharing the network with your customers this can cause a strain on your connection.

  • We recommend a good internet connection, separate from public WIFI configured in a non-jammed channel when possible.

  • Ensure your device and Browsers are up to date – simpleERB works great on any browser released after March 2017 for example any browser later than Chrome 57 and Safari 10.1.
