simpleERB has two helpful reports to export all the future bookings you have in your diary.

This report is a list of all your outstanding future bookings in the diary.

Simply click 'export' at the bottom of the page to download a copy of the report as an excel file.

The report is helpful if you need a list to contact customers in advance about changes or for any forecasting.

This report is to help you with exporting only selected future bookings.

You can specify the booking criteria you are looking to surface, such as;

Tick in the booking information you require, then the booking date period and click search. To export, use the button at the bottom of the screen to download an excel file.

You can use this to highlight a list of future bookings that have all selected a certain booking offer to assist you and your team with planning for the booking arrivals.
