Each simpleERB booking made online will receive a booking email. Customers will also be able to view an online version of your terms and conditions on your booking widget or via a link in their confirmation email.
If you have a specific booking policy/dress code or cancellation policy. You can update that in your terms and conditions.
It is highly advised, if you are capturing cards or taking payments to add your policy about this within the booking terms, along with stating any penalty charges for no-shows or late cancellations. If you have set up a cancellation policy within the settings, it is advisable to reiterate this in the booking conditions.
