Our messages for customers setting allows you to add information to the booking widget based on the date and time the customer is booking.

In messages for customers, enter your message and select when you want it to show due to the selected booking criteria, or have it permanently visible.

You can now select for text to be bold, italic or underlined and also add a hyperlink. Helpful to link out to a special menu you may be running on that booking date.

Whenever a customer tries to book on the widget, they'll see the info you want them to see.

We also now have the ability to add a permanent widget message on the first step of the online widget. This is to advise customers about anything they should be aware of when booking online, such as any online booking size restrictions or if booking something specific they should call directly.
