The disappearing customer report allows you to search, using your specified criteria, for customers who haven't visited your restaurant in a while.

You might want to entice these customers back by sending them a special offer/promotion for your restaurant. You could create a 'private' Booking Option for these customers and include the booking link in your email. This will allow you to monitor this Booking Option within reports within a customer's booking, to see how many of these 'disappearing customers' have taken advantage of the offer and made a return visit.

When reviewing the data, you can also select to have a report of the data emailed to you each month.
